1) What is life coaching?

So, what is life coaching? Simply, life coaching is used to help individuals move forward, create self-improvement, achieve their goals and positively change their lives! A certified life coach is skilled at getting the best from you, helping you discover what you really want, tapping into your own internal motivation, and empowering you to take action. Your personal life coach also adds focus to the process and your life by helping you define your life's direction and destiny through active goal setting.

2) How does life coaching work?

Life coaching is done over the phone. This works well for almost anyone. Why?

a) The geographical location of the client and the personal life coach is a non-factor!

b) People are usually more honest and open with the sense of anonymity over the phone.

c) There is no traveling needed! This saves time and money!

You and your certified life coach will talk weekly between 2-4 times a month from 45 minutes to 1 hour each session. The sessions involve talking about what has went well and what hasn't, in the past week, if you accomplished your specific goals for that week and what the next steps are. In the life coaching process, the life coach is asking specific questions to help you access your best emotions, skills and knowledge. Life coaching will also provide support, order, energy, positivity, insight, focus and direction. Between calls, taking action on the goal plan you created will help you take control of your life and begin to create a new, chosen destiny for your life. Your personal life coach will keep in touch with motivating e-mail's to make sure you are on course to completing your goals.

Finally, with my life coaching services, you have the option of utilizing one of the easiest methods proven to change negative, limiting beliefs and mental programs. Self-talk audio CD's. Self-talk is an amazingly easy and effective way to create new, positive mental programs.
